Refund policy

Return Policy

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, provided the items are in their original condition and packaging. The return of the goods must be in an unused and undamaged state.

You are responsible for ensuring that the return is properly packaged and shipped. Please keep proof of return (e.g., tracking receipt) in case of any disputes.

Return Shipping Costs

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you will bear the direct costs of returning the goods unless otherwise agreed. If we have delivered incorrect or defective goods, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Refunds

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard shipping costs. If you selected a more expensive shipping option, only the amount equivalent to the least expensive standard delivery will be refunded.

Exceptions to Returns

Products that are made to your own specifications or are clearly personalized — for example, items printed with artwork, photos, or text that you supply yourself — are excluded from returns. Our standard catalog products are not affected by this exclusion and can be returned as described above.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party named by you (other than the carrier) takes possession of the goods.

by means of a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the sample withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for additional costs resulting from choosing a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive notice of your withdrawal. We will carry out such a refund using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you incur any fees as a result of this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must send back the goods without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized — for example, items printed with artwork, photos, or text supplied by the customer. It does apply to all of our standard catalog products.
