General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed by consumers (§13 BGB) through the online shop of VoodCrafts (voodcrafts.com).

3. Offer and Conclusion of Contract
The product representations in the online shop do not constitute a legally binding offer; they are merely an invitation to place an order. By submitting your order, you make a binding offer to purchase the goods in your shopping cart. We confirm receipt of your order via an automated email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the offer. The contract is concluded when we dispatch the goods to you and confirm the shipment.
4. Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices are final prices. As we make use of the small business regulation under §19 UStG (Kleinunternehmerregelung), no VAT is shown or charged. Additional shipping costs may apply and will be shown clearly during the ordering process.
The prices at the time of order placement apply. We reserve the right to update prices, but these changes do not affect orders already placed.
5. Payment Methods
Payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract unless otherwise agreed. Payment can be made using the following methods:

6. Delivery
Delivery typically takes approx. 5–9 business days for Germany and the European Union, and approx. 7–14 business days for the rest of the world, including production time, unless otherwise agreed. See our Shipping Policy for details.
7. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. Details can be found in our Refund Policy / Right of Withdrawal notice.
8. Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply. In the event of defects in the goods, you have the right to subsequent performance, withdrawal, or price reduction.
9. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and under the Product Liability Act. For slight negligence, we are only liable for the breach of material contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract.
10. Data Protection
Your data will be used exclusively for processing your order. Details can be found in our Privacy Policy.
11. Dispute Resolution
We are not willing and not obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
12. Final Provisions
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which you have your habitual residence. The invalidity of individual provisions does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
The contractual language is English.
Changes to the GTC
We reserve the right to change these General Terms and Conditions at any time. The currently valid version will be made available to you on our website.
