Shipping Terms
1. Shipping Area
We ship worldwide to the following regions:
- Germany
- European Union
- Rest of the World
2. Shipping Costs
- Germany will be calculated at checkout.
- EU will be calculated at checkout.
- International (Rest of the World): will be calculated at checkout.
3. Delivery Time
Delivery times below are the total estimated time from when you place your order, and already include our production time (all items are made to order, typically 2–5 business days) plus shipping. They're estimates and may vary due to external factors like customs clearance or courier delays — if we foresee a delay, we'll let you know.
Germany & European Union: approx. 5–9 business days
Rest of the World: approx. 7–14 business days
4. Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
5. Customs & Import Duties
For orders outside the EU, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fees and must be paid by the recipient. Please check with your local customs office for further details.
